Teamstarter is a participative funding platform that allows employees to make the most of their creativity and increase the quality of life at work.

The purpose of Teamstarter is to allow our employees to take initiatives easily and get involved in projects that are meaningful to them.

I-TRACING allocates a monthly budget to each employee to enable them to launch their projects, finance them and collaborate on their colleagues’ projects.
