Building on the acquisition of Bridewell, a major cybersecurity services provider in the UK in February 2025, we pursue our international expansion with the strategic acquisition of doIT solutions, a cybersecurity services provider established in Germany, Europe’s third-largest cyber market.
Our renewed growth dynamic
Supported by our partners, Eurazeo, Sagard NewGen, and Oakley Capital, this new establishment in Germany confirms our status as the leading European champion in cybersecurity services. With this new acquisition, Dominik Oestreicher, founder and President of doIT solutions GmbH, becomes a shareholder of the I-TRACING group and remains at the helm of the German entity. From a business standpoint, the various synergies between our companies, especially regarding our CyberSOC Services and managed security services, will certainly accelerate our growth on the German market and in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Founded in 2011 by Dominik Oestreicher and based in Gelnhausen, Germany, doIT solutions is a recognized player in the German market. Specializing in cybersecurity services, particularly managed SOC, doIT solutions has built a solid reputation by assisting clients in evolving their cybersecurity and cyber defense capabilities. The “SOC-in-a-Box” service offer, developed by doIT solutions’ experts, enabled the company to establish a strong foothold in the mid-sized enterprise market. In 2024, doIT solutions achieved 12 million euros in turnover and brings together 30 employees.
