The purpose of this Information Notice (hereinafter the “Notice”) is to inform visitors/users of the site (“You” or “Your”) about the way in which I-TRACING, a French société par actions simplifiée having its registered office located at 25 quai du Président Paul Doumer, 92400 COURBEVOIE, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 484 841 127, (hereinafter “I-TRACING” or “We”) collects and processes your personal data in its capacity as data controller when You consult or use its website accessible at www.i-tracing.com (hereinafter the “Site”).

The collection and processing of personal data of clients of I-TRACING services and of I-TRACING staff are not covered by the Notice. They are the subject of separate information notices.

In the Notice, “personal data” means information relating to an identified natural person or a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly from such data, and “processing” means an operation or set of operations on personal data, whatever the process used.

Collection of personal data

I-TRACING only collects and processes data that is relevant and necessary for the intended purpose, in accordance with data protection regulations and on a valid legal basis – as detailed below.

Thus, when You visit the Site or use it (for example to send us a request for information, apply for a position, subscribe to our newsletter, etc.), We may collect and process personal data about You.

Depending on the use You make of the Site, the transmission of certain information is compulsory. In such cases, if you do not wish to communicate your data, you will not be able to make full use of the Site.

Communication and transfer of personal data

Except as provided in this Notice, your personal data will never be sold, shared or communicated to third parties by I-TRACING.

Your personal data may be communicated to our sister companies, subsidiaries or service providers for the sole purpose of carrying out the processing for which it was initially collected. In this context, these companies are personal data processors within the meaning of the regulations, acting on our instructions and on our behalf. They are required to process such data in accordance with the Notice. They are not authorized to sell or disclose it to other third parties.

This list is subject to change over time.

The data collected may be processed outside the European Union by our subsidiaries due to our presence in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Hong Kong and Malaysia, or by our subcontractors, in particular due to our collaboration with Google.

In this case, we make sure to guarantee an adequate protection framework for the transfer of data. As part of these measures, we may enter into standard contractual clauses with our subcontractors, approved by the European Commission, and implement any technical or organizational measures we deem appropriate.

Furthermore, if you access the Site from a third-party application, your personal data may be shared with the publisher of this third-party application so that the latter can provide you with access to the Site under the terms of a license and a confidentiality policy specific to this publisher.

Finally, personal data may be disclosed if we are required to do so by law or regulation, or if such disclosure is necessary in connection with a judicial or administrative request or litigation.

The signed request must be sent by post or e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt and include a copy of your ID. This ensures that you are the originator of the request.

Data Protection Officer

I-TRACING has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for ensuring the protection of personal data and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in this area.
